As Summer comes to an end, it seems like business is picking up. When the kids go back to school, it seems there is a big kick in the butt to work harder and extend those hours (especially if it is private school ?). I am so happy to share with you the positive results from our recent webinar. There were well over 100 loan officers who joined our first mortgage webcast a couple of weeks ago. The focus of the webinar was to review our business process but also discuss our new pricing model. We also took some time to answer any questions you all had regarding live transfers. Since it went so well, I am happy to say, we will be hosting more and more of these events in order to put you in the best position to make money with us while building a long term partnership. Many of you who were unable to attend asked if we could record the webcast and post it for you to listen to at a later time. We are planning on recording the next one and will certainly post it as soon as possible.
Where is all the attention right now?
It seems most of our clients and prospects are racing to the $89 transfer. The is where you get to "Name-Your-Filter" so most folks are putting an interest rate filter in place on fixed deals, targeting adjustable and asking for decent loan amount sizes with LTV like 75% or less on the first. The goal here is to block those consumers who are well below the 30 year fixed since there is nothing you can do for them. It seems like so many consumers are still filling out forms to see if they can lower their rate but, unfortunately, we all know there is nothing you can do for them so they are wasting your time. With the $89 transfer you can target the following:
- Interest rate filter for fixed deals
- Consumers who are filling out the form and are soon coming out of an adjustable
- Consumers who wish to cash out
We should have some very exciting news to share with you regarding this $89 transfer in the near future. You may want to get in now, while you can, because if demand continues to grow this rapidly, we may raise the price. Please call me or one of my sales associates to get your account set up today.
Happy Selling!
