Why am I getting this?

Spring is approaching, although you can't really tell here in Baltimore. One day it's seventy degrees outside, and the next day it's snowing. While I love snow, at this point I'm ready for the warm weather to settle in and for home-buyers to start crawling out of their hibernated states.
